Anyone here excited for their new album this year?

oh dang, i havent kept up in a bit i have to do some more research on the new LP!
are we getting a demon days 20th this year??

I haven't been excited for a new Gorillaz album since Plastic Beach, honestly. It's sad how Damon Albarn keeps tarnishing the Gorillaz legacy with every new record he puts out.

i have loved gorillaz since i was 6 and the first three albums are super formative to me, gorillaz were my favourite band of all time until i discovered radiohead when i was 17 but thom yorke, damon albarn and bjork are my holy trinity anyways so it isnt too bad haha. post hiatus gorillaz just doesnt hit the same as a project now, especially with the non musical side of things but i did recently wonder what it would be like if thom and stanley did gorillaz instead of damon and jamie hehe, i think it would be a lot more surreal and creepier hahaha.
